I learned that there is a part of me that is exuberant, outgoing, sexy, joyful, wild and silly; and that it's as important to nourish that part of myself, to make space for it, as it is to allow for the serious, thoughtful and transcendent parts of me. So I have resolved  to climb more trees, perform more poetry, dress up in quirky clothes even on days when I'm not going anywhere, and go outside my comfort zone whenever I can. And never be afraid to laugh at myself.

Nothing. I want to live in the present.

(Also, I like the idea that future people would open it and think it's emptiness was some kind of obscure Zen koan).
